An Outfit of the Day Moment – That 70’s Style Little Black Dress

Hi everyone!

Outfit Details: Dress / Belt (Similar) / Flats / Earrings (Similar)

Classes started for me yesterday, and I’m already dying. Isn’t it terrible how things just go from 0-60? I need a nice week or two to ease in, but unfortunately that doesn’t exist for college, haha. πŸ˜‰

Anyways, I hope you are all doing well! Today I am showing you one of my FAVORITE outfits that I can’t wait to be wearing all during the fall. This entire outfit is from H&M (minus the earrings, which are old from J. Crew), so it’s super duper affordable for all of you broke college girls like me.

I saw this dress online a couple of weeks ago and knew I had to have it. I adored the trumpet sleeve detail then, but I think it’s even nicer in person! The dress itself is a thinner material, but it’s not see-through so don’t worry about that.

It’s super flowy, so I sized down when I ordered, and then I paired it with this belt I got literally forever ago for $1 on clearance to help emphasize my waist. I think they work perfectly together!

To spice it up from the all-black-everything, I went with platinum flats. Guys, these are so flattering on the foot. I love the way they designed the cut of the pointed-toe, because it just looks so elegant on the foot. These look far more expensive than the $18 I paid for them. Highly, highly recommend these for fall. They’d look awesome with some black skinny jeans.

I finished the look off with some J. Crew earrings that I wear with pretty much everything. You can’t go wrong with some crystal, right ladies? The whole look just reminds me of the 1970s, but definitely in a good way. Maybe it’s just the sleeves of the dress, but I don’t know. I just love it.

What’s an outfit that you see yourself wearing throughout fall?

Thanks for reading!

xoxo Rebekah
